The whole area of West Penwith is steeped in a tradition of Arts and Crafts. There are many studios and interesting small shops offering interesting and unique works in addition to the more famous larger galleries.

St. Ives (30 mins drive) has the world renowned Tate as well as the smaller, more intimate Barbara Hepworth sculpture garden.The Leach Pottery is also here on the edge of the town, or take the scenic train which wends its way past Lelant Saltings and other golden beaches into the town

Penzance (15mins drive) has the Penlee Gallery with fine examples of the Newlyn School of Painting as well as the Exchange and the Orion in Newlyn with more modern contributions… Lots to investigate.
