Terms & Conditions

A deposit of the first night in advance or 20% of the total, whichever is the greater, is payable within 7 days. Should the deposit not be received on time we will endeavour to contact you before we re–let the room.

  • Please note that in the event of cancellation the deposit is non–refundable. Should a cancellation be necessary we will hold the deposit to be used against a future booking within a twelve month period.
  • Guests are reminded that once a deposit is paid, they are liable in case of late cancellation (less than 3 days) to pay up to two thirds of the total cost of the holiday if we are unable to re–let the room(s).
  • We would strongly recommend that guests look into taking out their own holiday insurance to cover for cancellation.
  • We do not take credit cards but do accept cheques, bank transfers and Paypal for your  deposit.
